I've spent the last few days with my dearest friend. Catching up, making memories, deep talks, and lots of laughing. There are a few times in one's life where you meet such a kindred spirit. When you meet those people, don't let them go. Life holds no promises. There's not a thing in the world that's worth sacrificing time with those you hold dear. Life has its fair share of various regrets, but I continue to find this one thing to be true: you'll never regret investing in love, life, or people. Trust me.
Kindred Spirits.

My best friend has been in town from France for 2 weeks and she leaves to go back tomorrow. I know exactly what you mean! It's so nice to be able to catch up and slow down and enjoy each other's company :)

It amazes me every time I see my friend who live about 3000 miles from me and we feel that we just saw each other yesterday. I cherish the bond we have and the memories we share.

Very well said! I can't think of a better way to live a life. And like they say, a life without love is a life wasted.
