Apples are a great ingredient for your skin because they are high in potassium, vitamins A & C, and malic acid. Malic acid makes your skin look younger and healthier, toning your skin and tightening your pores. Cinnamon is also great in beauty products because it helps fight acne bacteria, giving your skin a clear, healthy glow. Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp organic applesauce
6 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients and store in a sealed container. To use, apply a small amount to your face and massage in a circular motion for one minute. Rinse with warm water. Shelf life 2-4 weeks.
I love this! It sounds tasty, too :P

ReplyDeleteLooks yummy. It's good to know tho that cinnamon is a skin irritant so it might be good to test it on your arm or something before you put it on your face.
