We've been all about the party hosting lately. It seems like at least a few days a week we have friends over, whether it's a big dinner party or just a few friends for coffee. It's one of the biggest reasons we wanted a house instead of a loft like the last place we lived; so we could have lots more people over. Since we've moved here, I've been trying to slowly add to my collection of dinnerware.
I found these glass mugs at the dollar store and purchased gold and bronze glass paint at a local craft store. This paint stays on without a sealant, though you should check with the specific paint you're using to make sure it doesn't need to be baked or sealed. This would also be a great holiday gift idea or a craft to make at a girl's night.
Some of my dear friends came to town this week, and we used these mugs and made gingerbread lattes from this recipe. Enjoy!
How adorable. :))))
ReplyDeletei hope you can stop by and return the favor.

Those are absolutely adorable. That, actually gives me a fantastic idea of what to give my sister! She is so hard to shop for. I think one of those mugs and some hot cocoa or filler things would be perfect for her.
