A few iPhone shots from our trip this past week in Orange County.
We went with two of our dear friends to Orange County this past week, and it truly was one of the best, most relaxing vacations we've ever been on. Most of our travels involve exploring day and night, but this trip we spent most of our time walking the beach, lying by the pool, and eating the best food we've ever had. I'm honestly usually not a fan of "slow" vacationing, but this trip, this trip was just perfect.
Great pics!!!
ReplyDeleteAmazing photography skills right there, still new to the whole game, don't live in the right place to admire and photograph such landscapes!

What gorgeous shots! I love the beaches in the OC, they're pretty and so clean. Looks like you had a fantastic "slow" vacation--where'd you end up eating?

ReplyDeleteThese photo's a beautiful. I'm glad you had a nice vacation, sometimes simply relaxing is just what you need x
ReplyDeleteThe photographs you took capture the essence of slowing down to enjoy life. I'm like you, I tend to prefer vacations where I am constantly moving and exploring instead of being still and calm. I've spent far too much time worrying on vacations that I am not "doing" enough. In reality, vacations aren't always about discovering every nook and cranny, sometimes they exist to help you discover yourself. If my head is clouded and my feet are constantly moving, it can be hard to stop and inhale everything around me. I think slowing down is a beautiful thing, at home and on vacation. Our bodies and brains need it every once in awhile!
ReplyDeleteAlways lovely to read your posts.
gorgeous photos! i must go there x
