Spiced Mocha // Coffee Diaries

Lately I've been throwing a dash of cayenne pepper in everything I cook. So naturally, coffee is on that list of experiments. This recipe is your regular mocha mix with a little kick. Here's how it's done:

You can add this mix into a latte (recipe here), cappuccino, or just a regular cup of joe.

ingredients (for two):

2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp agave syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Stir ingredients together until completely blended. Add an even amount to each cup of coffee, depending on how strong you like your sweetener. If you have any extra left over, store in a sealable container in your fridge for up to one week.
